Class News

Oh, what a month!!  We are having a great time in second grade.  We have been learning a lot of 2nd grade "stuff."  As you will learn, the words stuff, things, and cool are not going to be a part of second grade :)  because what is stuff, things, and cool?  Second grade is very busy, but we are having a lot of fun, and the best time ever! Here are some of our favorite subjects that we have learned so far.  Enjoy!!

I liked making my Map of the Heart. - Darien

I like learning 3 digit numbers in math. - Guruprasad
I like learning Fundations. - Anna
I liked writing our summer stories. - Brittni

I love teaching such a fantastic group of children.  They brighten up every moment of my day!!  Mrs. Korrow

    I absolutely love your blog and all the wonderful information you shared - BRAVO!! I am so proud of your hard work. I love the pictures you shared too - everyone looks so happy and excited about learning! I am thrilled to hear that you are learning about things like Level 3 Post-Its related to Reading Workshop or creating your Heart Map in writing workshop or learning about place value in Math - seems like you are learning a lot!
